Clay Hutson Real Estate Discussions
As the real estate market continues to recover, there isn’t a better time than now to launch a real estate blog. I’m Clay Hutson and I’ll be offering you comprehensive real estate content which, hopefully, you can use both on a national level and on the ground.
The Real Estate Discussion
If you’re a real estate professional, you probably already subscribe to a handful of news sites and blogs so that you can keep abreast of the trends. The thing is, you can easily drown in the information you digest. This is a big problem my website aims to solve. It helps that I’m a numbers guy, so I would be more than glad to walk you through industry charts and reports to provide you with different angles and perspectives.
Being uncomfortable with numbers doesn’t have to be a problem. Easier said than done, I know. Truth be told, I’ve had a lot of people in my network ask me for help, telling me that they need an edge in the markets. They say that, most of the time, instead of having the information help them improve their businesses, the information they see paralyzes and confuses them.
So what’s a real estate professional to do? Good question. And here is my answer: subscribe to my website and I’ll help you make sense of the information you read. From news about housing and mortgage to marketing and producing evergreen content, I offer no-nonsense advice and insight that will save you years of trial and error.
My mission is to help you become well-versed in the real estate industry in the shortest amount of time as much as possible. My focus is to help you craft and execute flawless marketing campaigns that will be the envy of your peers. My satisfaction is to see you succeed, whether it’s conquering the local market or a bigger base. Seeing you succeed, hopefully, also means seeing you regularly on my website.
Who, What, Why, When
Again, I’m Clay Hutson, but you can just call me Clay. I’m passionate about giving back to the industry through this website of mine. I’ll try to write my thought pieces as often as I can or as much as my schedule permits. While I’ve just started this website, know that I’m absolutely excited to get to work and get my hands dirty on various topics.
If there’s something you want to touch on, like the latest report to come out of the National Association of Realtors™, or something related to the home construction industry, please feel free to ask and I’ll do my best to get back to you.
On a final note, another advocacy I want to pursue on this blog is personal finance. I believe personal finance is a valuable service you can offer clients. If you think about it, no one can be in real estate without having their finances in order. Your clients will not be able to get mortgages, flip houses, or invest in properties. You, as the real estate professional, will not survive long without those commissions.
Have I convinced you yet?
